“ A warm welcome from the staff! My morning started with my favorite coffee and, of course, a glass of champagne, that was in the aperitif. While I was waiting for the benedict and french toast, I ordered a mimosa, which was fantastic. The food was very tasty and professionally prepared (several flavor combinations). A good choice of breakfast in "À la carte" execution! The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, the staff know their stuff and pay a lot of attention to each guest. Overall, my breakfast was excellent, of course the restaurant also showed an excellent performance that cannot be compared with other establishments in juan-les-pin. ”

The service, drinks, and culinary offerings are excellent, in a most welcoming, quiet, ambiance. We have salads to start, both chilled, with abundant fresh vegetables. For the main course we have the tuna steak and the calimars. Both superbly prepared & presented. Our server (Victoria) is delightful, very attentive, and responsive. We bask in the pleasant and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant as long as possible, and finish with 2 expressos before bidding farewell. A delightful, and remarkable, culinary excursion.
